Custom embroidered tennis towels and coffee mugs

Jackson, Wyoming is known for its skiing, but tennis is popular as well, especially in the summer. My name is Bob Stuart and I’ve been teaching tennis in Jackson since 1992. I’m also an animal lover and have two cats named Bodhi and Willow who look a lot like Fat Cat and Zen Cat.

I wanted to create a high-quality tennis towel that was beautiful, unique, and whimsical. Hence, Court Critters was born. For original art, I enlisted the services of Jackson fantasy muralist Greta Gretzinger.

In addition to tennis towels, Court Critters now offers matching ceramic coffee mugs, and we have additional products and critters on the way!

Fat Cat and Zen Cat are the original creations of Jackson fantasy muralist Greta Gretzinger. Greta’s work can be seen on the interior and exterior walls of many Jackson businesses. She also does custom painting and illustration in and around Jackson Hole.

Bob Stuart Originally from Minnesota, Bob started teaching tennis in Sun Valley, Idaho in 1984. From there he moved around between Arizona and California and wound up teaching in Jackson, Wyoming in 1992. At left: Bob with a student, Olympic skier Resi Stiegler.
